Job Description:

With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities.  Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution.  Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms.  Works with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations.  Significant creativity is required.

Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Candidate should have experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and interactive SQL programming (PL/SQL).
  2. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and flexibility to innovate new approaches/solutions
  4. The candidate should have a good understanding of data warehouse implementations as well as good data analysis, and SQL skills.
  5. Must possess a strong understanding of Business Intelligence architecture and development skills with SQL Server Reporting Tools, Cognos, Tableau, Qlikview, WebFOCUS etc., Other BI tool knowledge is transferable and candidates will be considered with similar tool set skills.
  6. Certified Professionals are preferred.

IT Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, team oriented Systems Analysts to join our dynamic, growing organization.

Job Description:

Responsible for planning, developing, testing and implementing IT system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals. They identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications. IT Analysts determine if internal or external solutions exist or whether new solutions are feasible. They map process flows and must determine if these solutions impact existing work processes and systems as well as ensure proper integration, testing, and system/user documentation. They are also responsible for providing input surrounding buy vs. build decisions for possible IT system solutions.

IT Analysts must have a working knowledge of the business area that they support. They need a solid understanding of the client’s existing business processes, the key drivers and measures of success and the short- and long-term direction of their business and technology. In addition, a strong understanding of the customer’s overall IT architecture is also required in order to understand the issues and implications of proposed system and hardware solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Working knowledge of Health Care and Claims applications.

Software Engineer – JAVA / J2EE programming

We have openings for multiple Software Engineer – JAVA / J2EE programming to join our dynamic, growing organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
  2. Analyze and amend software errors within an adequate timeframe.
  3. Provide status reports where required
  4. Document tasks for ensuring subsequent users diagnose, system troubleshoot as well as perform maintenance.
  5. Identity and Access Management as and when required:
  6. Respect guidelines as established in the IAM policy and related procedures when dealing with access to applications, systems and any data required to utilization of organizational tools by business departments.
  7. Compliance
  8. Adhere and respect the IT security policies continuously
  9. Ensure that all employees and providers when relevant are aware of an understand their personal responsibilities to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data they access.
  10. Perform maintenance on developed solutions as needed.
  11. Liaise with the Software Development Manager and the Technical Business Systems Analyst.
  12. The individual will also participate in Solution Architecture and Design
  13. Some of the key responsibilities include maintaining policy management application as well as accounting and claim back office support and development and implementation of new applications.

  15. Works closely with Business Systems Analyst and Production teams.

Required Skills/Experience:

  1. One to 2 years of experience involved in full software implementation projects (from requirements to go live)
  2. At least one to 2 years of experience developing using some or all of the following:
  3. J2EE, Tomcat, Glassfish, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC
  4. Oracle/SQL Server strong skill level experience/knowledge of the following OS: Linux, Unix, MS Windows

Software Tester / Test Specialists

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, team oriented Software Tester / Test Specialists to join our dynamic, growing organization.

Job Description:

Testing Analyst supports inbound and outbound EDI submissions of all HIPAA compliant transactions, including 270/271, 276/277, 820, 834, 837I, 837P, 835, and 999/TA1. Submission methods include batch file and real-time transactions through manual upload and system-to-system connections. File types and formatting include X12 and XML. Provides ongoing support to EDI testing/research and for new initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of EDI Trading Partner Testing

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Statements describing the essential (absolutely necessary) actions performed to achieve required end results.
  2. Interfaces with Trading Partners to ensure successful testing of electronic transactions for new trading partners, existing submissions, and new initiatives.
  3. Handles communications with Trading Partners for EDI transaction set-up and ongoing maintenance and support.
  4. Thoroughly documents EDI transaction issues and communicates critical issues to the Provider Services leadership team.
  5. During testing implementations, assists in the design and workflow of the Trading Partner testing process through Beta, Vendor, and Full Testing phases.
  6. Utilizes a support console to track testing status and results; makes notes of errors and resolutions; and logs the type of, reason for, and results of communications with the Trading Partners.
  7. Maintains compliance with contract requirements related to EDI Trading Partner Testing.
  8. Follows Policies and Procedures; escalates discrepancies to EDI Manager.
  9. Participates in ongoing communication between the EDI team, the Call Center, and Provider Relations staff to optimize customer service to the provider community.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Experience working with healthcare HIPAA transactions. Specifically, the HIPAA X12 transaction sets: 270/271, 276/277, 820, 834, 837I, 837P, 835, and 999/TA1.
  2. Self-motivated and able to work independently; systems analysis skills and ability to clearly articulate and summarize issues; ability to communicate clearly; strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through are essential; excellent critical thinking skills; ability to effectively build positive and productive relationships and achieve business results; exhibits high standards of ethical conduct; maintains confidentiality of all provider and member information and company documents.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, etc.
